We recommend measuring your pet and referring to our Size Guide before ordering. If your pet is between sizes or especially fluffy, sizing up is often best. Still unsure? Contact us — we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Each pet apparel item is hand crafted so the following are estimates and not exact guides. We do try to be as accurate as possible with measurements, but please keep in mind each item may vary slightly from one item to the next.

Bandanas can be made smaller by tying the two ends together vs snapping. They can also be folded over at the top of the pet’s neck after snapping.

To keep your piece looking fabulous, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Treat it like fine fashion — because it is.

Due to the hand-made nature of our apparel, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order or workmanship, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

At times, yes! Limited custom requests or special sizing may be available depending on capacity. Reach out to us directly to inquire — we love creating something extra special when we can.

Some of our products are pre-made and some are made to order. Pre-made items will be available to ship once your order is processed, usually about one business day. For Products that are made to order, please allow 4 business days for creation before shipping.

We offer two shipping options; Priority shipping (2-3 days) and Ground Advantage shipping (2-5 days).

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your glam delivery every step of the way.

Yes — every piece is thoughtfully hand-made with love and intention. From cutting to stitching to finishing touches, each garment is crafted in small batches to ensure exceptional quality, fit, and durability. No mass production here — only couture for waggy tails.

Shopping totes and make-up bags have hand-made embellished finishes/designs. (Heat-Transfer vinyl, Rhinestones, Appliqués). We do not currently hand make those items.

All of our pet designs are hand-made in the United States with attention to detail regarding craftsmanship and comfort. We prioritize ethical production, premium materials, and glamorous designs in every piece we sell.
